fresh thyme and/or oregano 1 tsp each or 1/2 tsp dried

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Boil pasta and warm
spaghetti sauce while preparing coating for
chicken. Season chicken with total 1/2 tsp
salt and pepper to taste or seasoned salt. Crush
pretzels into a heavy flour. Combine with
grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and herbs.
Add about 1 TBS water to lighten mixture.
Add 1/4 tsp olive oil to glass baking
dish. Use parchment paper if you have it. Place about 1-2 TBS
pretzel mixture on
to 4 areas of pan, place chicken on top of each, pressing chicken
into mixture. Top with remaining pretzel mixture, pressing into
the chicken.
Bake, covered for 15 minutes
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Continue baking 10 or more minutes, until juices run clear and
until cheese is bubbly.
Switch oven to
broil, broil carefully under constant supervision until cheese has
browned.
Let set 5 minutes, serve over noodles with sauce.
