1 1/2 lbs Pork Stew Meat
|
|
1 - 14 1/2 oz can Diced tomatoes with herbs
|

2 1/2 cups of Beef or Chicken Broth
|
|
1 lb package frozen Stew Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery)
|
|
2 TBS. Flour
|
|
1/4 - 1/2 tsp powdered garclic
|
|
3 Bay Leaves
|
|
Salt & Pepper to taste.
|

2 TBS. Olive Oil
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown pork in pan with Olive Oil.
When browned, stir in the flour coating the pork.
|

Put the pork and all remaining ingredients in the
Crock Pot, expect the vegetables.
Cook on high for 4 hours or until pork is tender.
|
|
|
When the pork is tender, turn to low, add the
frozen vegetables and cook for about 1/2 hour or
until tender.
Remove Bay Leaves.
|
|
|
This is a dish that one could easily substitute raw
veggies and experiment with herbs and spices.
