Brown Turkey and Onion in a large non-stick
skillet. (About 5 minutes or until brown)
|
|
|
Add in Taco seasoning, water, salsa, tomato and
corn. Bring to boil and add in rice.
|
|
|
Remove from heat and cover. Let stand until water
is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes)
|
|
|
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 1-2
minutes so cheese melts. Serve with additional
ingredients (lettuce and sour cream). Eat with
Tortilla Chips if desired.
