Melt butter and cocoa and stir sugar in with whisk. Cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time whisking well. Wisk in flour, vanilla and salt. Pour into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.
To make icing, heat milk and second amount of butter. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat in icing sugar. Ice brownies and serve.
