1 cup flour
|

1 cup whole wheat flour
|

4 tsp. baking powder
|
|
1/2 tsp baking soda
|

1/2 tsp salt
|

2 1/2 cups All Bran Cereal
|

1 cup milk
|
|
1 cup orange juice
|
|
|
|
2 eggs
|
|
1 cup packed brown sugar
|
|
3 T oil
|
|
1/4 cup apple sauce
|

2 cups blueberries
|

Instructions |

Combine flours, powder, soda and salt.
|
|
|
In another bowl combine All-Bran, milk and juice. Let stand 3 minutes. Then add in and beat with eggs, brown sugar, oil and apple sauce. Mix well.
|

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
|
|
|
Fill greased or lined muffin cups. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins. If you have no apple sauce use 3 more Tablespoons of oil.
