Oven 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and light layer of oil.
In large ziploc combine panko, salt, garlic powder, paprika and garlic powder.
In small batches, dredge sprouts in flour, dip in egg and place in ziplock. Shake until fully covered. Remove on by one onto baking sheet. Repeat with remaining sprouts.
Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 25-30 minutes, flipping 1/2 way.
