Instructions |

|
Beat eggs, add milk and vanilla and beat well.
|
|
|
Mix in sugar, salt and flour. Ladle onto hot well-
oiled pan or griddle (thin crepe like pancake).
Cook just till tan.

Spoon pie filling (apple, cherry, blueberry...)into
center and roll up.
|
|
|
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or a dollup of
whip cream or fry till golden brown and serve with
butter and syrup.
