1 tsp. cinnamon

1/3 cup applesauce
|

1 box yellow cake mix
|

1 1/3 cup water

1 1/2 cups fresh apples, peeled, cored and chopped

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking
pan.

Combine eggs, cinnamon and applesauce in a mixing
bowl. Add cake mix, water and apples. Mix until
uniformly moist (about 2 mins.)
|

|
Follow package directions for baking (35-45 mins.or
until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
clean).
|
|
|
Cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered
sugar, cut and serve.
