Preheat oven to 350. Reserve 3/4 C. of apple filling, set
aside. Spoon remainder on the crust.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add eggs and mix well. Pour over apple filling. Bake at 350
for 35 minutes.
Cool to room temperature. Mix the reserved apple filling and
caramel topping in small saucepan and heat for about one
minute, or until spreadable. Spoon over top of cheesecake
and spread evenly.
Decorate edge of cake with pecan halves and sprinkle with
chopped pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
