Preheat over to 350. Blend together cake mix, 1/2 can of
peach filling and eggs in large mixing bowl. Beat with
electric mixer at medium speed for two minutes. Stir in
remaining fruit filling until well mixed.

In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half
the batter in greased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with half the
cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and
then cinnamon-sugar mixture.

|
Bake 30-35 minutes, until wooden pick in center of cake
comes out clean. Cool.
