Combine fruit and water in a pan and simmer 5 mins. Stir in
lemon juice. Stir in sugar/ cornstarch mixture. Stir until thick
and bubbly.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. cut in butter.
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and add to dry mix.
Pour 1/2 batter in 9x13 pan. Pour fruit over batter. Top with
the rest of the batter, covering fruit completely.
Create crumble topping- combine flour sugar, cut in butter.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake 350 for 45-50 mins.
