Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and
garlic.
Place the shrimp and half the sauce mixture in
a bag and let marinade in the refrigerator for
15 mins or longer.
Chop and par cook the vegetables till tender.
Heat the olive oil and cook the shrimp until
done about 1 minute per side. Add the remaining
sauces about half way through the cooking
process. Add the vegetables at the end and toss
in with the shrimp and sauce.
Serve over rice, or couscous (we use couscous)
