3T Lemon Juice
|

6T Tahini
|

2T Olive Oil

1 15oz Can Chickpeas, drained & rinsed

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1/2t Salt

1/4t Ground Cumin
|
|
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
|

Instructions |

|
In a bowl, mix together water and lemon juice.
|

In a separate bowl, mix Tahini and Olive Oil.
|
|
|
In a food processor, blend remaining ingredients (about 15 seconds).
Scrap bowl. Add lemon mixture, blend (about 1 minute). Scrap
bowl. Add Tahini mixture, blend until smooth.
