Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
|

|
Slice Baquette into 1/2 inch slices and place on parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over each slice.

|
|
Add slice of raw pear to each slice of bread. Turn on broiler.
|
|
|
Sprinkle Blue Cheese atop each slice of bread/pear and toast Baquette under broiler until crispy and cheese melts. Remove baking sheet and drizzle honey over each slice.
