Brown meat. Add onions, celery, green pepper, bouillon cubes, water, soy sauce and black pepper. Cook
until tender.
Just before serving, add mushrooms, Chinese vegetables, water chestnuts and cornstarch. Stir until
cornstarch is blended in and sauce is thickened and heated.
Serve over cooked rice or Chow Mein Noodles.
