1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Cup Nuts, chopped

Instructions |
|
|
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth.
Stir in melted chocolate until well-blended.

Mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture until well-blended.
Stir in chopped nuts.

|
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
Cool on rack.
