Noodles-
Beat eggs, salt, and water with a fork very
well. Add flour. Roll dough paper thin on a
very floured surface. Sprinkle flour on
top. Using a pizza cutter, cut into thin
strips. Spread out noodles to dry for 1 hour.

Boil first six ingredients in 3 quarts water.
When chicken is cooked (about 20 min. for
boneless chicken breasts) remove from broth and
set aside to cool. Add 3 T. chicken
bouillon to broth. Then turn to low heat.
Debone, skin, and cut or shred chicken. Bring
broth back to a boil and drop noodles into
broth and stir to get the noodles to separate.
Add cut up chicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
