Mix in large heavy pan 1 cup heavy cream, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to boil. Add 1 cup heavy cream and evaporated milk so mixture doesn't stop boiling. Boil and stir until it forms a firm ball, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Add butter. Continue boiling until it reaches a medium firm ball in cold water, about 15 minutes. Add nuts. Pour in buttered 9x13 pan. Cool, cut, and wrap.
