Cake-
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Line the bottom of a 10 in round cake tin
with parchment paper and grease the sides
3. in a mixing bowl, sift together flour baking
powder, salt an cocoa, then set aside
4. melt the chocolate
5. in a large bowl beat the butter and sugar
until light and fluffy, about 4-5 mins.
6. add the eggs one at a time while beating
then add milk
7. fold in the flour mix and chocolate until
well mixed.
8. pour the batter into the prepared cake pan
and bake for 1 hr and 10 mins
9. once cool cut the cake in half to make 2
layers
