1. In a large bowl or plastic ziplock bag add
the pork chops and top with red wine, paprika,
cumin and garlic
2. Place into refrigerator for about one hour
3. remove pork chops from marinade and discard
the marinade.
4. in large saute pan over medium high heat add
olive oil
5. once heated add pork chops and sear on both
sides until golden brown and cooked through.
