Mix dry ingredients together. Blend sugar and butter until creamy; add egg.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to egg mixture. Carefully fold in blueberries; batter will be thick. Pour into round greased cake pan.
Crumb Topping- Blend ingredients with pastry cutter. Distribute over cake batter.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
