1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray
2. Mix sauce together
3. Put chicken pieces in crock pot and pour sauce on top of chicken
4. Put top on top and cook either on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

You can use other parts of chicken but strongly suggest using skinless, boneless. More room for chicken and no need for bone; meat falls right off anyway. Skin is of no use as well.
