Place chicken, soup and water in crockpot 6-8 hours ahead.
Cook on low or high depending how much time until dinner.
When its time to eat, shred the chicken in the sauce (you may
need to add little more water) serve over cooked rice and add
toppings. Easy!
For a healthier version, substitute canned coconut milk in place
of the cream soup and add 1 TB no-salt seasoning from Sams (or 2 TB chopped dried onion, 1 TB garlic powder, 1 TB salt, 2
tsp pepper, and any other seasonings desired to taste).
