1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and membranes removed, minced fine
1/2 red onion, sliced very thin into half moons
1/2 c cilantro leaves, chopped
1/8 c mint leaves, chopped
1/2 c mango, diced very small
1/2 c pineapple diced very small
juice of one juicing orange
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/3 c mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Instructions
Combine red onion, orange juice and rice vinegar in small bowl and
let sit 5 minutes.
In large bowl, combine cabbage slaw mix, jalapeño, cilantro, mint,
mango, and pineapple.
Add onion with juice/vinegar liquid. Add mayonnaise, salt, sugar,
Chines 5 spice and ginger. Mix well to fully combine. Refrigerate,
covered until ready to use.
