on a place, combine flour, salt and pepper - add
chicken pieces, coat
Heat oil in skillet - medium high
Add chicken in batches, cooking till lightly
browned, about 5 min
Remove to plate
Place 1 C broth and garlic in same skillet, bring
to boil
Scrape up brown bits
Add Broccoli, cover and cook 1 min
In small cup, stir together remaining 1/2 C broth,
1/2 T cornstarch, 1/4 tsp salt
Add to skillet, bring to simmer over low heat.
Cover and cook until broccoli done and sauce
slightly thick - about 1.5 Min
Stir in chicken, lemon zest and lemon juice, heat
through
Serving

Serve with brown rice or quinoa
