In a large stock pot on the stove, sauté
garlic, onion and salt and pepper to taste in
the olive oil over low heat until onion is
translucent. Add ground beef and brown. Add red
wine and tomato sauce. Add tomato paste and
water until you have the desired consistency
(should not be runny). Stir until mixed well
over low heat. Add a covering layer of oregano
and stir. Add a covering layer of garlic powder
and stir.
