1) Slice onion thinly and cut sliced beef into 2 inch wide pieces
2) Boil Dashi into pot and add sliced onion
3)Cook for 3-4 mins
4) Add soy sauce, sugar, and sake
5) Cook for another 3-4 mins
6) Add sliced beef and ginger
7) Cook about 5 mins
8) Pour meat and sauce over rice and top with pickled ginger
