First you need to preheat the ofen up to 250°C. Heat up Oil in a baking dish, chop the onion and add it to the oil and steam it. Add the rice and braise until it becomes glassy and add the chives. Deglaze with chicken bouillon, season with salt and pepper. Mix it and put it in the ofen. When the rice has sucked up the bouillon then the Birjan is finished.

In the mean time boil the vegetables. Cut the white cabbage in thin pieces and season with oil, salt and vinegar. Arrange on plates.

Heat up oil in a frying pan and roast the steakes and season it with salt and pepper.

|
Arrange the rice, vegetables and steak on plates.
