Dissolve 2 cups sugar in 3 cups heated water. Add 2 (46-ounce) cans pineapple juice, 1(12-ounce) can thawed orange juice concentrate, and 1 1(12 ounce) can thawed lemonade concentrate. Pour into 2 or 3-gallon milk cartons leaving room for expansion. Freeze. Keep in freezer until ready to use ( I take out about 1 hour before I'm ready to use) At the last minute, add 4 bananas, mashed in blender, and 128 ounces 7-up. Hint Put small amount of 7-UP in blender first, then bananas to blend.
