Brown meal; drain. Add chili brick, onion and green pepper, then add the following. 4 cans chili beans 2 sm. cans tomato juice, 1 lg. can diced tomatoes, 2 to 4 T chili powder, (depending on individual taste; I like it hot) 2 T dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste Dash or 2 Tabsasco sauce. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. You may add water or extra tomato juice according to your preference in thickness. May be frozen for future serving. Great on a cold winters day! Makes 8 servings.
