Cover rice with water. Bring to a boil and let
stand 10 minutes. Saute bacon, onion, celery,
green pepper, and mushrooms. Pour into large
casserole. Add rice.
Mix soup, wine, butter, salt, and pepper. Stir
into rice mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
