2 cups beef bouillon - dissolve 2 cubes in 2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 - 3 ounce can sliced mushrooms - drined
1 can (1 lb) Chinese vegetables - drained
2 tablespoon brown gravy sauce - (Kitchen Bouquet)
Rice
Chow mein noodles
Instructions
Trim excess fat from port steak. Cut diagonally in
thin strips. Light grease large skillet with fat.
Brown pork on both sides. Stir in celery, onion,
soy sauce, and beef bouillon.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens
and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
Mix with pork mixture.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
