1 8 oz. Package Chow Mein Noodles, or Egg Noodles if preferred
Instructions
If using egg noodles, cook according to instructions on package.
In large skillet, melt butter and add onion.
Saute to golden brown.
Add frozen peas or green beans, and mushrooms.
In small bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, soy sauce and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
Pour over vegetables in the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage and chicken. Simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or over chow mein noodles.
Sprinkle additional chow mein noodles on top.
