Maggi Sauce, Worcesterrshire Sauce, 1 bottle Dark Beer
Oregano, Salt, Pepper, Thyme
Instructions
Start cooking Bacon first. Once it releases its
grease add potatoes. Let cook for a little, then
add other meats, greasiest to non greasy. Cook
until all meat is brown.
Add bell peppers, jalapenos (whole), onions,
chicken buion, and garlic. Cook for a few
minutes. Add Tomatoes, Cilantro, both sauces,
and all spices. Let cook for a bit. Then add
beer. Meat should be done at this point. You
want the alcohol to be cooked away and the
flavor to remain.
Heat up torillas on stove. Lettuce, sour cream,
and cheese can be toppings.
