Boil lasagna noodles- al dente - should not be soft. Drain and cover with cold water and olive oil so don't stick
Casserole dish - layer the following
sauce on bottom of pan, lasagna on top of sauce,
crumble meatballs, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese ontop of noodles. Sprinkle oregano, parmesan cheese. Add a layer of sauce
Begin 2nd layer, noodles, meat, cheeses, top with sauce
Depending on pan, 3 layers is sufficient.
Cover with foil.
Heat in oven 350 30 mins, remove foil last 10 mns
Vege lasagna is made same way. Just spread the veges on top of noodles, add cheeses, then sauce, then another layer.
