Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 9 by 13 inch
casserole baking dish. Cook beef with onion until small size.
Drain thoroughly. Mix half the can enchilada sauce, can of
chillies and half the cheese into the meat/onion mixture.
Pour some of the enchilada sauce in the casserole dish,
cover the flour tortilla with the sauce and then spoon the
meat mixture into the tortilla and roll up one at a time.
