4 cups broccoli florets
|
|
3 cloves garlic, minced
|

2 Tablespoons sesame oil
|

2 Tablespoons soy sauce
|

1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions |

|
In a mug combine garlic, soy sauce, broth, and cornstarch with
a fork.
|

|
Heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Add broccoli florets
and cook for about 4 minutes stirring often.
|

|
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic sauce. Stir well to
coat and cook about 3 minutes more.
