Place rag over container so it is sealed. Allow
this to sit for 7-14 days. Place it in a dark
place that will remain around 70 degrees. Bring
down after desired time, add flavoring (fruit,
ginger, etc.) to 16oz kambucha bottles and fill
bottles with kambucha. Allow this to sit for 3-
4 days, cracking the lids each day to control
carbonation. Place in fridge and drink up!
