In a bowl, whisk together sugar, tamari, sesame
oil, red pepper and ginger.
In skillet, add the ground beef, minced onion
and garlic. Cook until no longer pink, about 8
min.
Stir in the sauce mixture from the bowl. Cook
for 3 min over medium heat. Turn off heat and
add green onions. Serve over rice or in lettuce
leaf.
