salt, black pepper garlic salt and chili powder all to taste
Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes and set aside
Brown your hamburger meat until almost done.
Add onion and chilies, continue to cook until meat is completley done.
Drain well and add meat, potatoes, beef broth and seasonings.
Cover and bring to a high simmer until potatoes are almost done 10-15 min.
Remove lid and continue to cook until it becomes a slightly thick gravy and the potatoes are done.

We love warm flour tortillas with it or make it into a wrap.
