Mix together in pan 7x11. Do not grease pan. Press. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with 2 cups chocolate chips and 2 cups salted peanuts (1 can).

Using a double-boiler, melt 2 bags of Hersey Classic Caramels with 6 Tbs milk.
|
|
|
Pour over nuts mixture. Sprinkle rest of crust mixture, crumble. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Suggestions |

Let cool for 2 hours. Take out of pant to cut. Do not refrigerate.
