Put your bowl and beaters that will be used for the whipped cream
into the freezer for at least 20 minutes. When ready, mix whopping
cream, sugar and vanilla, beating on high for about 1 minute until
stiff. Do not overbeat.
Assemble in a parfait glass a slice of brownie, topped with chocolate
mousse, topped with whipped cream. Then drizzle chocolate or
caramel drizzle.
