Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Set aside 2 tablespoons of grated German chocolate. Add rest of German chocolate and chocolate chips to batter and mix gently
Pour into a greased and floured (or spread with baker's joy) bundt pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand in pan for 15 minutes and then turn out of pan onto cake plate. Make a glaze from reserved German chocolate and powdered sugar and enough milk to make it the correct consistency. Apply to warm cake
