Finely chop garlic. In a medium bowl, soak
bread with 6Tb water. Let absorb and then break
up bread with hand until pasty. Add pork,
garlic, sriracha to taste, 1.5ts salt and
pepper. Incorporate and roll into 1 inch
balls.
In a small bowl, combine ponzu, 1/3c of water,
and sugar.
