Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan. Cook noodles.
Drain well. Keep warm.
Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in a skillet over medium
heat. Cook/stir mushrooms and onions until turn
translucent, about 5 min. Add garlic. Stir

stirring constantly, until thoroughly mixed
with butter and begins to bubble, about 2 min.
Mix the broth with half-and-half. Pour
gradually into mushroom mix, whisking until
smooth. Season with salt, poultry seasoning,
pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce and cook until thickens, about 3 min.
Mix in turkey. Remove from heat. Melt 3 Tbsp.
butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in
cheese and Panko, mixing until crumbly. Remove
from heat.
Place 1/2 of noodles in pan. Then cover with 1/2
of the mushroom mix in pan. Then repeat. Sprinkle
Panko cheese mixture over the top. Bake for 20-25
min. until bubbly and top is golden brown.
