1 Tbsp prepared horseradish, more or less to taste
2 Tbsp fresh chives, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with
cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer until just fork tender, about 12 minutes.
Drain and return to pan.
Mash the potatoes with remaining ingredients and
adjust seasoning with horseradish, salt and pepper
to your taste. If you want the potatoes a little
creamier add a bit of milk.
