Cover carcass in water in big pot w/ 1/2 an onion, 2 stalks of
celery and salt/pepper. Boil water, cover and simmer x1 hr.
Strain, cool, pick off meat. Put meat back into broth that
was strained.
Add 1/2 an onion, 3 stalks celery, 3 carrots (all chunks),
salt/pepper, 2 bouillon cubes and cook until veggies cooked
until you like it.
Boil egg noodles/drain and leave separately and add to
heated soup as you want.
