     BBQ Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 bag (16 oz) GF farfalle or penne pasta
½ cp plain yogurt
¼ cp crème fraiche
½ cp BBQ sauce (your fav pick)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cp salsa (your fav pick)
1 cp corn (frozen or canned)
¼ cp peppers (your fav pick, fresh or canned)
1 cp tomatoes, chopped
 
3 green onions, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta, drain and rinse. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, crème fraiche, BBQ sauce, & vinegar. Add cooked pasta, salsa, corn, peppers, tomatoes & green onion. Season to taste.
