2 medium size tart apples, such as Granny Smith, thinly sliced
1 Tbl. Chopped pecans
Instructions
In a skillet heat 1 tsp.butter over medium heat until hot. Add pork chop and cook 3 minutes on one side, and 1-2 minutes on the other side until done, no pink juices. Remove chops and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add apples and pecans, brown sugar mixture and 1 tsp. butter to pan. Cook and stir until tender. Serve with pork chop.
