1 package (4-serving size) instant pudding and pie filling mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray lamb cake pan with
vegetable spray and flour.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water,
and oil; beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 min.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes for round pans, 35-40 minutes sheet
pan; 50-55 minutes for fluted tube pan. Cool in pans 10
minutes; remove from pans to cooling grid and cool
completely.
We think 50-55 minutes would be the correct timing.
Testing it on 4.12.20
4/16/22 - 53 min is perfect
Notes - use butter and flour to spread over pan (not oil) - fill ONLY 3/4 of the way or it WILL
spill out - made little cupcakes with the extra batter with the brownie pan and boat maker
